6. Payment Terms

• All fees are in USD
• No refunds on membership fees
• Payment required before access to benefits
• We may change fees with 30 days notice

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for membership.

8. Termination

We may terminate membership for:

• Code of Conduct violations
• Payment issues
• False information
• Any other reason we deem necessary

These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
